Staying at Jonai exceeded all my expectations, from the moment I arrived. The welcoming reception staff went above and beyond, ensuring a seamless check-in experience and making me feel instantly at home. The room, albeit cozy, offered a breathtaking view of Karatsu Castle, a sight that truly enhanced my stay and made each morning unforgettable. Despite the compact size, the room was well-equipped, with a flat-screen TV for entertainment and an electric kettle for my daily dose of green tea. The personalized touch of free toiletries added a luxurious feel, while the efficient heating system kept me cozy during chilly evenings. The proximity to a variety of excellent dining options, such as Futaba Sushi and Genyo, within walking distance, impressed me with the hotel's prime location for culinary exploration. Jonai's attention to detail, exceptional service, and remarkable views made it a standout choice for a memorable stay in Karatsu.
